• Choux au Craquelin is best enjoyed on the day of collection for optimal texture and taste.

• Collection Timeframe: Orders require 48 hours to prepare from the time of confirmation. If you need your order within 24 hours, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Collection Days: Available from Tuesdays to Saturdays only. Please note there are no collections on Sundays or Mondays.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated. Best consumed on the day of collection.

• Reusable Stand: Each high tea is presented in a beautifully crafted, reusable 3-tier display stand.
